At time of updating this site, the wait has been about 2 months for a t2 Phase5.

t2 Simples can go out within 2 weeks.

When the wait-time gets longer, I organise orders into two groups :
Faster for people who have ordered in the past, longer wait for first time orders.

Repair parts are always top priority. I get those done and out asap (usually less than a week from order to shipping).

Before you order please take the time to go through this website, undersand the project and read the terms and conditions, so that you know exactly what I am offering, and what not.

How to order a t2 Phase5 or t2 Simple prosthesis

Step by step Process

1. In an e-mail please write :

   • Your name (for our communication)
   • What you would like to order (Phase5 or Simple)
   • Official name and address for postage and receipts - don't forget to include the country.

   I'll respond with the current wait-time estimate, and information you need to complete your order.

2. You pay the non-refundable down payment of 200€ (two hundred EURO) + VAT where applicable

   I reply with the payment details and your order number.

   Note: If you are ordering a t2 Simple prosthesis, you may pay the entire amount at once, rather than deposit and then main payment.

3. When I receive the deposit (or full payment for a t2 simple), I confirm your order via e-mail, with a receipt for your deposit and confirmation of the expected ship date for your prosthesis.

4. You choose your pigment.

   If you're within the EU you may use the pigment service. See Pigments

   Please e-mail me if you need additional help in choosing your colour.

5. You e-mail me your pigment choice
   (If you used the pigment service, you also return the pigment samples to me according to instructions I sent per e-mail).

6. For a t2 Phase5 prosthesis: You'll receive a final invoice with the remaining payment due date about 4 weeks before the estimated ship date for your prosthesis.

   For a Phase5, I need full payment two weeks before posting your prosthesis. See Payment methods.
   If I don't receive a response within 2 weeks of sending the invoice, I will cancel your order. (See section 7-9 Terms and Conditions)

   For a t2 Simple prosthesis, if you didn't pay in full with your deposit (see Step 2 of this order process), you'll receive a final invoice for the remaining payment. Your prosthesis should usually ship within one week of payment received.

7. You receive a receipt of full payment, and I will ask you to confirm your postage address (and telephone number if applicable. Phone numbers are needed for postage and customs paperwork for orders sent outside of the EU).

8. When your prosthesis is ready to ship, I'll e-mail you any necessary postage info so you can track the package online. See Postage.

Please note:
The prostheses cannot be sold if returned, for this reason, I HAVE AN ABSOLUTE NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS POLICY.

You choose your pigment from the information here on this page.

If you’re inside the EU you can also use the pigment service for a prosthesis (explained here below).

If you ordered in the past, I have your choice on file.

• You choose one pigment. That will be the base colour of your prosthesis.
• I ad colouring around the head, scrotum, and the underside of the penis shaft, as well as internally for added depth. The skin is slightly translucent to allow this colour variation.
• All colouring is in the silicone itself. It is not added on. It can't flake or peel off. Over time, the colour may change due to contact with the oils in your skin, but it will continue to match your colouring.

How to choose your pigment

There are 12 to choose from. The samples are marked A-L. You choose one letter.

Choose the best match. You’re looking for the best "fit" not the exact colour of your skin.

The photos above show the pigment samples themselves, labeled A–L.

Use them as a guide to the overall range. Screen and lighting differences mean the colours will not be exact.

While choosing the best fit for you, keep these points in mind:

1. You have a lot of leeway with the colour for your prosthesis: Genitals are often darker and even a different colour than the surrounding skin. So relax, don't worry.

2. Because of how light reflects, the prosthesis will look more like a part of your body, if the prosthesis is a bit darker than your skin surrounding the prosthesis. It is better to choose a colour that is too dark rather than too light.

3. Colours on screens, videos and photos vary. What you see on your screen will not be the exact colour. (You need to be aware of that, but it's not a problem, you don't need an exact colour, just a good match.)

4. The pigments represent a full range of human skin colours – keep that in mind – how do your skin tones and shades compare with other peoples? How light, dark, how red, yellow?

5. Consider different parts of your skin (thighs, arms - inner versus outer, nipples, genitals, variations in the palm of your hand). Look under different lighting (daylight, evening, inside – bright or dim lighting).

6. You can always contact me for help.

The first photo shows all 12 pigments arranged light to dark (top to bottom), as well as from more red to more yellow (left to right).

The colour you choose will be the base colour for your prosthesis.

I ad red and blue to the scrotum and head.

For most, the scrotum and head are darker than the base colour. For B and E, the scrotum is darker than the shaft and the head is lighter.

For all, The penis is darker when erect.

Pigment Service

The pigment service is for orders within the EU.

There is no charge for the service – just the cost of postage to return the pigment set to me.

Pigment service Process

After you’ve ordered your prosthesis, I can mail you the pigment samples.

You send me your choice via e-mail and send the samples back to me.

You pay to send the samples back to me. They weigh about 20 grams and fit into a regular envelope

The Pigment set was made in communication with customers/collaborators during the initial years of the project.

t2 prostheses payments are (usually) made in 2 steps

No partial payment, no payment plans.

(If wait-time is very short, I may ask you to pay all at once to speed things up. t2 Simples can usually be paid for in full at time of order).

1. The deposit, paid after I have answered your initial order e-mail

The deposit is non refundable.

It is the first payment towards the full cost to receive a prosthesis.

An order is confirmed after the deposit is received.

You can pay the deposit via bank transfer or Paypal. After you begin the order process, I will send you the Paypal address, and the bank details. Please Do not send paypal payments to the contact e-mail address, and do not send payments without receiving an order number from me.

2. The main payment

The main payment (total price minus the deposit you already paid) is to be paid 2 weeks before the estimated ship date for your prosthesis (can be shorter for a t2 Simple prosthesis). I will send you an invoice when it is time to pay.

The main payment is paid per bank transfer. You pay any associated bank transfer fees. Within the EU bank transfers are usually free. International bank transfers can be made through 'wise' or similar (contact me if you need more info).

(Paypal fees are very expensive, but convenient relative to other international options. I accept paypal for the main payment on orders from outside the EU.)

All prostheses are shipped from Germany.

Postage is included in the price of each prosthesis.

Postage Service specifics

• Deutsche Post, DHL or DHL express
• Insured against damage or loss
• Online-tracking service
• Delivery with signature only
• Delivered to a street address or a DHL Packstation (PO boxes are not accepted).
• Orders sent outside of the EU are sent with a customs declaration and a commercial invoice. (Details here below)
• Depending on destination, usually takes a few days to 2 weeks.

Package labelling/ discretion

All packages are sent in plain brown boxes, and sent from the name of the company, not the name of the prosthesis or project. (see imprint).

Orders sent within the EU

Your package does not go through customs. It is sent like a domestic order. = No description or labelling on or in the package = no one needs to know what is in the box. You do not pay any import taxes or fees.

Orders sent outside of the EU

Your package will pass through customs, and you may be contacted before clearance. Your country might charge you taxes or fees (see Price and Tax).

All packages are labeled in accordance with all known import/export laws to facilitate safe and problem free arrival.
The customs declaration and commercial invoice will be on the box and will include the price paid (minus project fees where applicable), the international customs code for "articles of apparel and clothing accessories made of plastics". The term I write is "moulded silicone limb". I'll send you a Pdf copy of the commercial invoice in an e-mail.

Please be aware that there is no privacy with customs. Packages may be opened or scanned.

I hope the customs process to be simple and uneventful. Please contact me if you experience any problems, so that I can continue to gather information and make adjustments where possible.

Now that they are not "medical devices" import should be easier to most places. But - at the same time, some places will not allow you to import a phallus that is not a medical device. Please contact me to ask if I can send to the country you are in.

I get a lot of orders from the USA, and things have changed a lot recently, so you get this extra section

I can send a prosthesis to you in the USA, but import has become more complicated and expensive (postage is more expensive and you have to pay the larger import tarrifs).

Your package will be sent with DHL express, and not the regular DHL because the German postage has reduced all services to the USA due to the new complications.

What to expect:

• a wait for the package to get through customs (expect week, it could be longer).
• communication by phone or e-mail with DHL (USA import section)
• at some point they will ask you to pay (about 200US dollars) tariffs and you may need to give them your ssn.
