Your personal information is kept in strict confidence. This page explains, plainly, what data exists and who ever sees it.
What data I have
If you contact me or place an order, I have the information you send me: your name, email address, postal address, and the contents of our communication. That's all — this website has no tracking, no analytics, and no cookies.
Who has access
Only the services needed to run things have access to data relevant to their role: website and email hosting, postage (Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Express), my bank, PayPal (or other money-transfer services you choose), and my bookkeeping. In accordance with German business and consumer laws, I may be required to show tax-relevant records to the Bureau of Finance (Finanzamt).
The contact form
The contact form is processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), which forwards your message to my email inbox. You can always skip the form and email me directly at am@trackinvention.org. See Formspree's own privacy policy for their handling details.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — just email me. Tax-relevant records are an exception: German law requires me to keep those for the statutory retention period.
Product privacy
Feel free to write reviews, tell others about your prosthesis or your experience, and share this website and the videos. If you post your own content, I ask that you do so with respect for the project and for the people who wear their prostheses as part of their body — many prefer privacy. Aside from this website, t2 prosthetics does not display photos, exhibit at public venues, or sell through retail.
