The Prostheses
The result of over two decades of design work in communication with customers and collaborators around the world. Each one is handmade by me in Berlin — a fully working prosthesis, exactly as described here, and always getting better.
t2 Phase5
- Price
- €1,460
- Weight
- 180 g
- Length
- 10 cm flaccid · 15–16 cm erect
- Girth
- 11 cm flaccid · 11.5–12 cm erect
- Erection
- ~15 seconds, built-in pump
The pump system: erect when you want — no extra pieces or tools. Pump the right ball about 20 times (~15 seconds) and the shaft swells longer, thicker, and firm; the skin stretches taut, veins show through, the head enlarges while staying softer. Press the release valve to go flaccid again. It can't pump or release by accident, and you can't over-pump by hand.
Made for 24/7 wear: soft, squishable, and bendable when flaccid — wear any underwear you want, walk, run, ride a bike. Clean with soap and water in the shower; no powdering, nothing that can leak. Colour and detailing are in the silicone, not added on — nothing rubs, peels, or flakes off. All materials are 100% non-toxic, medical-prosthetics grade.
The attachment plate is small on purpose: minimal skin contact, moisture can evaporate, and the base lets the prosthesis hang and shift with your body without tugging on the bond. A large plate doesn't improve adhesion — a well-designed one does.
More detail — stimulation, lubrication, parts
Physical stimulation: a firmer knob at the base of the erection presses against your small penis to increase sexual feeling for you. When flaccid, it tucks out of the way.
Internal lubrication: the whole prosthesis is lubricated inside with coconut oil — the skin slides over the erection, the testicles shift with your movements. Safe, anti-bacterial, easy to buy. (Allergic to coconut oil? Tell me before you order and we'll discuss options.)
Replaceable parts: much of the prosthesis is joined rather than bonded, so parts can be replaced. Care instructions are in the handbook that comes with it.
The hole between scrotum and penis makes the penis sit better, removes a weak spot, and adds air circulation. I'm also moving toward options for STP devices.
t2 Simple
- Price
- €520
- Weight
- ~170 g
- Size
- ~10 cm · ~11 cm circumference, very malleable
- Function
- Flaccid only · hole for a compatible STP device
The Simple is a flaccid-only prosthesis — no erection system, and not an STP itself. Same medical-grade silicones, same movable coconut-oil-lubricated skin, same attachment methods as the Phase5. With two testicles instead of a pump, thinner skin, and no internal erection parts, it's the more realistic of the two to the touch — and it lives longer, since nothing stretches or holds pressurised air. You can't modify a Simple into a Phase5.
Shorter wait-time than the Phase5, and you may pay in full at time of order. The pigment process is the same as for the Phase5.
I've included the STP hole because so many people ask. I haven't yet found an STP I can wholeheartedly recommend — if you know one that works really well, I'd love to hear about it. I also have an updated JetP (jetp.net) and a P-Tube I've made for people with the urethra extension surgery — just ask if you're interested.
Attachment methods
Every t2 prosthesis comes with the adhesive plate plus connections for the band and band+ methods.
Method 1 — medical adhesive. t2 prostheses work with adhesive because they're soft and flexible: the internal parts move individually in the lubricated skin, so you move freely without stressing the bond. Lightweight, medical silicones, no additives that stop the glue. It's likely to work for you even if adhesive failed with other prostheses — see the FAQ for adhesive recommendations.
Method 2 — the band. Set up once, stays in place for months. A waistband passes through the top of the prosthesis; a leg-band runs from the back of the scrotum, under each butt cheek, up the hips, and connects to the waistband. Adjustable — firm for sport or sex, looser for sleeping. The elastic is soft, translucent, swim-safe, and doesn't tug on hairs; 3 metres are included, and more is cheap and easy to find online.
The band+ — small elastics or dental floss connect band, prosthesis, and a bit of pubic hair to hold it tight against the pelvis. Adjust every few days to weeks; doesn't work well with very soft hair. Detailed instructions are in the handbook, and you can always ask me.
Pigments
12 pigments, marked A–L. You choose one letter — the base colour of your prosthesis. I add red and blue around the head and scrotum and internally for depth; the skin is slightly translucent to allow it. All colouring is in the silicone itself, so it can't flake or peel, and it ages naturally with your skin oils.
Choose the best fit, not the exact colour — genitals are usually darker than surrounding skin, and a slightly darker prosthesis looks more like part of your body. Screen colours vary, so "good match" beats "exact". Check your skin under different lighting — and I'm always happy to help you choose, just ask.
Pigment service (EU orders): after you order, I can mail you the pigment samples. You email me your choice and send them back — no charge for the service, just your return postage (20 grams, fits in a regular envelope). Ordered before? I have your choice on file.
